Tonight is the first night for our school’s basketball team and cheerleaders to play in Hopedale! There has been one away game, but tonight we have our first game in our own gym.  We encourage EVERYONE to come out and cheer for the LIONS! Tonight’s game is at 6 pm.  Admission for adults is $2, Senior Citizens $1, and kids are admitted free. There will be a halftime $1 free throw game to participate in as well.  Thanks to PTF (Parent-Teacher Fellowship) for sponsoring and supporting our sports programs!

Volunteer needed for regular Lunch Shift on Wednesdays . . .

We are blessed by many volunteers, and here is an opportunity to help on a regular basis.  The school cafeteria is in need of a regular volunteer to help with serving lunch on Wednesdays.  If you are able to help, please contact the school office and ask to talk with Mrs. Barb Lawson, who coordinates the lunchroom.

From the Principal's Desk . . .

This morning in our staff devotions, we read from Philippians 1:3-11.  I shared with the staff how it is a joy to work together with them in this ministry.  I am thankful and prayerful as we - parents, grandparents, friends, teachers and staff, work together in the ministry to the children at CLA.

“I thank God every time I remember you.  In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy…”  -Philippians 1:3-4

In Christ,

Mr. Hornin
