Volunteer needed for regular Lunch Shift on Wednesdays . . .

We are blessed by many volunteers, and here is an opportunity to help on a regular basis.  The school cafeteria is in need of a regular volunteer to help with serving lunch on Wednesdays.  If you are able to help, please contact the school office and ask to talk with Mrs. Barb Lawson, who coordinates the lunchroom.

From the Principal's Desk . . .

I recently had a conversation with a friend who is really struggling to find meaning and purpose in a particular job-related situation.  This allowed my to reflect some about the nearly 10 years that I have called the work at CLA my “job.”  But really, what more could we ask for in a “job” than for it to be a calling that God placed us into?  I do really appreciate “working” with each of you in the CLA community.  Be blessed today, this week, this month, this year!

In Christ,

Mr. Hornin
