CLA PAINT NIGHT INFORMATION

Join us on Thursday, November 8th for CLA's first annual family paint night! Chris Cleeton, owner of Painting with Friends by Chris, will be leading us as we create our very own Snowman painting! Cost is $35 for adults, $15 for children.  Parents- you do not need to pay if you are not painting, but please plan on attending if your children are participating! To reserve your space, please contact Mrs. Stribling at astribling@clacademy.org or by text at 765-561-5248.  Spaces must be reserved and paid for by Friday, November 2nd. All proceeds from the paint night will be going towards the CLA technology fund.  Please contact Mrs. Stribling with questions!

REMINDER… It’s getting colder outside!

Please make sure that your children are properly dressed for OUTSIDE recess every day!  That means hats and coats, gloves, etc. We will keep children inside if they are not dressed warmly enough, but we do want ALL kids to get outside.  We will continue outside recess as our normal routine each and every day, except when windchill or rain sends us inside.

From the Principal's Desk

We are beginning a Monday morning chapel series on the fruit of the Spirit, from Galatians 5:22. This week our focus was on LOVE.  I’ve been challenged recently in several different Bible studies and groups I am a part of to truly understand what it means to LOVE one another… and to live out the Holy Spirit’s directives for my life.  I hope that is our sincere desire - as we direct our children as well - to LOVE as Jesus first loved us!

In Christ,

Mr. Horning
