  • Saturday, September 15, at 9 a.m., will be the CLA ANNUAL MEETING.  We invite parents, staff, friends and family to come and hear updates on our corporate year.  This is a good time to meet our School Board of Directors and hear how the “big picture” of the school is going.  All are welcome!
  • Life Days 2018 will be held Friday, October 12 and Saturday, October 13.  We ask ALL CLA families to participate in our Largest Event each year!!!

Reminder - Tennis Shoes . . .

Please make sure students have TENNIS SHOES for Physical Education! PE schedules vary by grade level.  Students may choose to leave a pair at school (in locker/cubby).

From the Principal's Desk . . .

CLA Family, it’s important that you know how vital philanthropy and fundraising is for Christian Life Academy.  Did you know that the tuition paid by families covers only 60-65% of the costs associated with operating our school?  I bring this to your attention because we are entering a vital time for raising funds for the school.  Life Days, our signature event, is just 5 weeks away.  It’s easy to just push it aside and say “someone else will do it” when asked to donate, or volunteer, or attend this event.  Please, I encourage you, jump in with both feet into this event!  In the past, Life Days (donations, auction, activities) has raised over 10% of our budget in most years.  That means about $50,000 for this year’s budget.  To keep CLA thriving and growing, we need EVERYONE to take part in LIFE DAYS… So next week when the packet and information comes home… get involved!

In Christ,

Mr. Horning
